IMPORTANT NOTE

Currently, only our founding Triangle, North Carolina chapter is active. Additional chapters will be launched throughout North Carolina in early 2021 and later in other states, so stay tuned. If you are interested in starting an InHer Piece chapter in your area, contact us for more information. For now, please do not purchase a membership if you are unable to access meetings and events in or near Raleigh, NC.

NON-SOLICITATION. During the Membership term and for a period of two years thereafter, the Member shall not interfere with the Company's relationship with, or endeavor to entice away from the Company, any person who, on the date of the termination of Membership, was an employee, volunteer or customer of InHER Piece or otherwise had a material business relationship with InHER Piece, LLC.

NON-COMPETE. During the conduct of, and after the termination of this Membership agreement, Member agrees to respect the confidentiality of InHER Piece. All information known by or disclosed to the Member, as a result of this agreement, shall remain the property of InHER Piece, LLC.
